If you are not doing these things on a regular basis (should be half monthly at the least), then you ARE NOT a fitness professional. You are a hobbyist and you have no right or authority to be taking other people's health into your hands.

As I have already stated -- education, certification, clinics, courses, conferences. You have to keep learning and make yourself a professional.
